Garlic Fresh Salsa / Salsa de Ajo
This is definitely our favorite salsas. Not only alone, try mixing it or use it in your cooking to create original flavors that are out of this world! The recipe combines both Northern and Southern California Latin influenced flavors.
Pasta Sauce
Use salsa alone as a sauce or mix with your favorite pasta sauce
optional: Add quarter cup of diced sun dried tomatoes for every 8oz of sauce
Meat Marinate
2 cups of wine (red or white depending on meat - generally red for beef, white for chicken/fish)
16oz of Garlic Fresh Salsa
add extra onions or mushrooms for flavors
Rice
1 cup of rice
1 cup of water
1 cup of Garlic Fresh Salsa
Homemade Guacamole
Mix 1/4 cup of Garlic Fresh Salsa per one Hass avocado
